Pooja Patel, PA-C

Pooja Patel PA-C is a nationally board-certified Physician Assistant. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

She completed her education and training in the Masters of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South College Atlanta in 2024. At RemHealth, Pooja is committed to providing high quality patient care and improving patient outcomes, focusing on patient education and effective communication. She emphasizes the importance of exploring all treatment options and discussing them with her patients in depth to determine what is the best mode of therapy and to make informed medical decisions. She loves bringing this collaborative spirit to her patients.

Pooja attended the University of Central Florida during her undergraduate years, focusing her major on the Health Sciences Pre-Clinical track. During her undergraduate journey, she was working as a medical scribe in neurology and was introduced to sleep apnea, which sparked her interest into the practice of sleep medicine.

In her personal life, she enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, traveling and spending time with her family and dog. In addition to English, she is fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.
