Visit with a Specialist
Your journey begins with a consultation led by an experienced, sleep medicine specialist. During this visit, we’ll discuss your symptoms, medical history, and any concerns or questions about your sleep. Our aim is to listen, guide, and work together to develop a personalized plan that addresses your specific needs and sleep challenges.

Sleep Studies
For more complex sleep concerns such as narcolepsy or parasomnias, an in-lab sleep study (polysomnogram) may be necessary. If so, we will arrange the test and thoroughly review your results with you. However, if sleep apnea is the primary concern and you’re a suitable candidate, we also offer a convenient home-based sleep test. This option includes easy-to-follow instructions and full support, ensuring accurate data collection in the comfort of your usual sleeping environment—without disrupting your normal routine.
It’s important to note that not all home sleep tests are the same. Click below to learn the key differences and why they matter.
Sleep Study Review
Once your study is complete, we will carefully explain what the data shows, highlight any areas of concern, and answer all your questions. Understanding your sleep study results is essential for identifying the root causes of your sleep challenges and tailoring an effective treatment plan.

Treatment Options
With a clear understanding of your sleep study findings, our specialist will present treatment options that may include lifestyle changes, medical devices such as CPAP, or other interventions. Each recommendation is personalized for your unique circumstances, empowering you to make informed decisions for your sleep health.
Ongoing Care
We recognize that optimal sleep is an ongoing process, and we’ll continue to support you long after initial treatment begins. Through regular follow-ups and reassessments, we’ll monitor your progress, make any necessary adjustments, and offer guidance that promotes lasting, restorative rest—so you can wake up ready to make the most of each day.
