Cassidy Sanders PA-C:
Cassidy earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City in 2015. He then pursued a Doctor of Medical Science degree with an emphasis in Physician Assistant Education at A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona, graduating in 2021. Before becoming a PA, he practiced as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, where his work sparked a lasting interest in sleep-related diseases. After completing his PA studies, he continued focusing on pulmonary and sleep medicine while also gaining experience in Family Medicine and Urgent Care.
A passionate advocate for preventive health, Cassidy places special emphasis on the role of adequate sleep in disease prevention. He is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and is dedicated to helping patients optimize their overall well-being through better sleep. Equally committed to education, Cassidy teaches in the Physician Assistant program at Colorado Mesa University, where he enjoys mentoring future healthcare providers and giving back to his community.
Outside of work, Cassidy spends his free time outdoors with his wife, son, and dog. Whether camping, hiking, biking, or riding his motorcycle, he loves exploring the natural beauty around him.
