Meet your board-certified provider via telehealth to review your results and discuss which treatment options are available.
Start Your Program
Receive your medication, dietician designed nutrition plan, and exercise routines. Measure your progress with 1 on 1 health coach meetings.
How much does the program cost?
The initial consultation fee is $99. After that, membership for the program is $99 per month. This includes follow-up appointments, 1:1 health coach meetings weekly, access to the nutrition plan, an individualized fitness plan, insurance coordination, and more. The monthly membership fee does not start until after your initial consultation with the provider.
